When two delightful young people, like Stergios and Danai, choose you to be the photographer of their wedding, you just know it will be a wonderful experience. “We only want to have fun along with our family and best friends” is what they told us when we first met and that’s exactly what happened…

Everything started with a prewedding party at “Mikri Ammos”, a cosmopolitan beach club near Syvota, and we believe that was the best way for the celebration to begin. 48 hours later, the celebration had been transferred at Kriovrisi (19 km away from Ioannina, where the couple lives). The picturesque village of Kriovrisi – from which Stergios originates – being situated at the east side of mount Mitsikeli and facing the enormous mountain range of Pindos, was the perfect place for a traditional Greek wedding to be held.

The groom walked all the way through his parents’ home to the small church of Agia Paraskevi, with the company of Greek folk musicians. A few minutes later the bride arrived under the cheering and applauses of the guests, who had gathered at the church’s courtyard.

The photoshooting after the ceremony turned out to be actually a chance for the couple to relax by enjoying the wonderful view of the lake, the island and the city of Ioannina, that “Grammatosimo” cafe offers.

The arrival of the newlyweds in their fine wedding reception, which took place under the big plane tree at the square of Kriovrisi, gave the signal for the party to begin. And it wasn’t until the early morning of the next day when people stopped dancing!

Stergios and Danai lived their wedding day exactly as they wanted and as they had expected. Feeling blissful for being part of their experience, we wish them the best for a fulfilling life!
